15 Dec Annual Account Update !
As the annual Account Update deadline is approaching, we wanted to provide a quick overview of what will need updating within your CQN account.
Required Documents:
At the beginning of November (2023), the system added two new requirements to your account:
WCB / WSIB 2024 Premium Rate Statement, per location.
WCB / WSIB / EMR 2024 Clearance letter, per location.
These will be seen on the Submit Documents page within the CQN client list. You should start uploading these now. These CQN ‘Required for Approval’ documents will affect your account approval status on March 1, 2024.
Required Questions:
On January 1, 2024, five CQN questions requiring an update will be visible. They include your HSE Stats page and Regulatory Compliance questions. These are not new questions – the update portion will be specific to completing the 2023 data. You will make these updates within your Questionnaire, which will show on the Outstanding Questions page (as of January 1, 2024).
The CQN deadline is March 1, 2024 (check with your client for their deadline – many have Jan. 31, 2024 as the deadline)! If these items are incomplete, your Account Approval Status will be set to ‘Not Approved’.
