11 Feb March 1 Deadline: Account Update.
We want to take this opportunity to remind subscribers that the 2021 Document and Questionnaire updates must be complete by March 1, 2021.
The 2021 Document Requirements include:
- 2021 WCB / WSIB Premium Rate Statements for each location.
- Current WCB / WSIB Clearance Letter for each location.
These documents will affect your completeness levels within your Document Completion widget on the Home Page.
The 2021 Questionnaire update includes:
OHS Management: H & S and Environmental Performance question. Update the information for the 2020 column.
OHS Management: Regulatory Compliance. Ensure questions, and the 2020 box is complete for each:
- Are there any H&S-related judgements, claims or suits pending or outstanding against the company?
- Has the company received any H&S-related warnings, citations, stop-work orders or equivalent in the past three years?
- Has the company had any reportable OHS incidents in the last three years?
Environmental Management: Regulatory Compliance. Ensure this question and the 2020 box is complete.
- Has the company received any EPA / environmental warnings, citations or equivalent in the past three years?
You can view your outstanding questions by navigating to the Questionnaire section from the left menu and choosing Outstanding Questions. You may have additional questions from CQN and your client on this list that may need completion.
These updates are ‘Required for Approval’ and will affect your Approval Status immediately following the deadline.
